There is solace in solitude,
in the placid echo chamber of one’s own self—with gentle distance, embracing
light, place rendered with airy grace and nostalgic care, 邦乔彦 brings beauty to
the singular, wonder to aloneness amongst the wonders of the wider world.

I can’t tell if this is seriously art or if it’s just tongue in cheek sarcastic art or if it’s post-ironic ironic art, or ironic art, or literally just a joke and that is so not okay.
Project Monsoon Clever colorful street art that only appears when it rains
After the Superhydrophobic Street Art, which uses a superhydrophobic coating to create designs which appear only in the rain, here is the Project Monsoon, which uses the same concept, this time with hydrochromic
painting, which reveals its color only when wet. This amazing and
clever project was designed by a Korean team of designers, in
collaboration with Pantone, to provide color to the streets of Seoul
during the rainy season, while paying tribute to the Korean culture. A
brilliant idea! Source: ufunk
A lot of people already condemn and calling this teacher a bitch/monster on the comment/reblog, not knowing the whole story. It was actually the TEACHER who drew the beautiful art on the blackboard, and the teacher is a HE, he’s an accomplished artist who was trying to teach his students about the beauty of art and however changing it is. He will draw any arts by request from his students, the students will take some pictures, and then he erases it from the board, and make new ones. He’s not a monster. He’s actually trying to spark the students’ interest in art. Funny how a simple pic without context enrages people - and the people refusing to look beyond the story.
You can follow his artworks on Twitter @hamacream where he always posts/tweet his arts.
If all teachers taught their subjects the way just taught this, I would have been more interested in what they had to say and less in just doing the bare minimum to pass a test.
I really hate the phrase “Respect is earned”, because I don’t see why I have to EARN respect. Respect isn’t a consolation prize. I’m a human being. That in it self, should warrant respect. I guess in a perfect world, respect would be something that is given to all, instead of granted based on merit.
Respect should be freely given, trust is earned. Everyone should be respected, their autonomy and personhood valued. Trust and love must be earned and developed.
